Bill Burrus, President of the National APWU, from Washington, D.C. was the main invited guest speaker and offered a wake up call to a packed assembly of 250 Postal Workers by announcing "Your Job is at Stake" like never before in the history of the U.S. Postal Service. He urged everyone to exercise their right to vote in the Early Voting in Florida or on Tue., Nov. 4!

Retiree Jay Arrieta, National APWU Retirees Department Instructor from Phoenix, AZ. conducted two separate classes on CSRS and FERS on Fri. and Sat., Sept. 26-27, 2008 in the Palm Beach Hilton Ballroom, West Palm Beach, FL. This was the largest class in attendance at the Fall Seminar with over 200 APWU active and retiree union dues members, spouses, and other family members and caregivers signing up for these Retirement classes. Jack Gose assisted Jay Arrieta by operating the slide projector on the big screen from his handicapped scooter. We Love All of You, APWU!
